There is evidence that vines have been planted on the site now occupied by Château Haut-Bailly since the 15th century & the estate has been associated with the production of celebrated wines ever since.
Haut-Bailly is somewhat unique in the region in that its vineyards consist of both more modern, grafted vines & ancient, un-grafted vines. The Château also utilise hand picking & operate a strict selection process before vinification to ensure their wines are of the highest quality.
Guests will enjoy a tutored tasting hosted by Haut-Bailly's own Véronique Sanders featuring a vertical of the Château's Grand Vin. Wines to be sampled include Le Parde de Haut-Bailly 2012 & Haut-Bailly 2004, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2013.
This is a set to be a fantastic tasting & a rare chance to get to grips with one of Bordeaux's most notable Chateaux.
Tickets to this event are £75, with £25 redeemable against any purchase of Haut-Bailly wines on the evening of the event.
