Chivas Ultis Masterclass

BUY TICKETS

Tuesday, 30th May 2017, 6.30 - 8.30pm
Hosted by Max Warner

The history of Chivas Brothers stretches all the way back to 1801 when the family established & operated a luxury grocery store in Aberdeen's King Street. By the 1840s, the business was firmly established as one of Scotland's greatest purveyors of luxury provisions & began blending & bottling their own whisky around a decade later. These days, Chivas Regal is considered by many to be the benchmark when it comes to high quality, blended malt whisky.

Ultis is a blend of five different Speyside single malts, each one selected to honour a past or present Chivas Regal master blender. Drams were hand selected from distilleries Allt a-Bhainne, Braeval, Longmorn, Strathisla & Tormore before being blended, aged & bottled.

Guests at the tasting will have the opportunity to taste not only the final blend, but also the individual single malts from which it is composed. This is a fantastic chance for fans of Scottish whisky to get "behind the scenes" & enter the mind of the master blender.

Tickets for this event are £25.
