Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

The Ultreia Villegas Raúl Pérez 2022 is a single-vineyard Mencía crafted from a mere 0.4 hectares adjacent to Raul Perez`s home. This vintage showcases the influence of the warmer site and sandy soils, yielding a wine marked by ripe aromas. Expect notes of dark fruit, cereal grains and a hint of lactic elements. Only 1,200 bottles were produced, with bottling completed in December 2023.

The 2022 Ultreia Villegas is only the second vintage from a vineyard next to Raúl Pérez`s house, from the warmer part of the vineyard on sandy soils. They only use 0.3 or 0.4 hectares for this wine, which is always ripe, a character that is amplified by the style of the year. So, it has ripe aromas and notes of dark fruit, cereals and dough with a lactic twist. This vineyard works better in cooler years. They are trying to increase the yield in this vineyard to try to slow down the ripening. 1,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2023.
