The Last Drop 32 Year Old Irish Single Malt is an age-statement single malt Irish whiskey bottled by The Last Drop as part of its Signature Creation series. With its unviable reputation for sourcing some of the world’s oldest and rarest spirits, The Last Drop marks its 32nd release with its first Irish whiskey – a 32-year-old Irish single malt, no less. This limited-edition malt was produced from a selection of 1991 vintage Irish single malts, which were married and finished in a single ex-oloroso Sherry butt.

A Boutique Private Bottler

An independent bottler that specialises in fine and rare Scotch, Bourbon, Rum and Cognac, The Last Drop Distillers was setup with a vision to source and bottle the very finest aged spirits in the world, regardless of their origin. Established by two icons of the spirits business Tom Jago and James Espey OBE, the company was founded only in 2008 and has swiftly grown to become one of the most respected independent bottlers in the industry.

Whether they're bottling century-old Cognac, fine Rum from long-closed distilleries or hard-to-find vintage Bourbon, the team always keep a keen focus on quality above all else. Some editions run to only a few dozen bottles, emphasising the extreme rarity of these wonderful spirits.
