Colour is brilliant straw yellow. On the nose, the wine is rich and complex, multifaceted aromas of citrus fruit, white pepper and herbs as well as a delicate smoky note. The wine’s elegance and perfect balance are the product of its remarkable structure and subtle texture, which give the wine its unmistakable character. Its extremely long finish is more than pleasant; it leaves its mark in memory as the supreme expression of a mineral terroir that is unique in the world.

Established in 1893, Cantina Terlano has grown to become one of South Tyrol’s most respected wine cooperatives, now comprising 143 dedicated growers. Since the beginning, both the winery and its members have pursued an unwavering commitment to quality, a reputation that has earned Cantina Terlano widespread acclaim both in Italy and across international markets.
Despite its modest size, the estate has firmly secured its place among the world’s notable wine producers. Today, the winery produces a range of wines, with approximately 70% white and 30% red. A significant cellar expansion in 2009 increased storage capacity to 18,000 cubic metres, allowing wines to mature in optimal conditions. Architecturally, the building blends seamlessly with the landscape, featuring a red porphyry façade, echoing the unique soils of the region, and a vineyard-planted rooftop.
Wines are released under two main categories: the classic range and the premium Selections, along with a rare release aged for a decade or more—an exceptional expression of the estate’s dedication to longevity and refinement.
