Château Siran 1983 is a mature-vintage, Cabernet Sauvignon-based red wine from the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux. Located in Labarde in the far south of Margaux, Siran is an historically important Bordeaux property owned since 1848 by the Miailhe family. This fully mature example of the Siran grand vin is from the 1983 vintage. "Approaching full maturity, the 1983 Siran has a smoky liquorice-and-black currant-scented bouquet, rich, expansive flavours that offer more muscle and power than finesse, and a good finish." Wine Advocate, 1998
