Sourcing grapes from Santa Barbara County and beyond, including prominent vineyards such as Eleven Confessions Estate (52%), The Third Twin Estate (22%), Cumulus Estate (13%), and Chardonnay from Bien Nacido (13%), it weaves together a tapestry of diverse terroirs. The winemaking process involved careful maturation, spending approximately 23 months in a combination of 45% new French oak barrels, puncheons, and demi-muids. The winery has experimented with producing Oregon Pinot Noir, dessert wines and an array of quirky single varietal reds and whites, but generally revert to producing the wines for which they are most famous - Grenache and Syrah.
