Duty Charges

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Established in 1994, Sine Qua Non is possibly one of the most famous Californian cult wineries. The creation of maverick winemaker, Manfred Krankl, this winery is world-famous for producing miniscule quantities of unique Rhône Valley-inspired wines using estate-grown and purchased fruit from some of the greatest vineyards across the Central Coast. Though well-known for their still wines, there have also been some incredibly rare releases of sweet wines. This is a wonderfully decadent, marmalade-tinged Roussanne produced by drying the grapes on straw mats in the classical vin de paille style. With 352g of residual sugar this is an incredibly rich wine but is superbly tempered by excellent acidity.

(for 375 ml.; 8.2% alcohol with 352 grams per liter of residual sugar) Deep gold color. Hugely aromatic, gaudy bouquet of peach, apricot, blond tobacco, mint and dried flowers. Spicy pit fruit flavors stain the palate, gaining depth and sweetness with air. Finishes with a degree of lift and cut that I would never expect from such a rich, sugar-laden wine. Art and Fine Wine Collide

The wines of Sine Qua Non need little introduction. Mould breaking, iconoclastic, visionary are just some of the descriptors invoked when critics and wine lovers discuss this unique winery. Based in Ventura, north of LA, the wines of Sine Qua Non regularly notch up perfect scores from critics while the waiting list for a direct allocation is well over ten years.

Founded by Manfred and Elaine Krankl in the early 1990s, the duo swiftly gained attention from wine lovers and critics for their superb Rhône blend wines, quirky labels and uncompromising approach in the vineyard and cellar. The winery has experimented with producing Oregon Pinot Noir, dessert wines and an array of quirky single varietal reds and whites, but generally revert to producing the wines for which they are most famous - Grenache and Syrah. The wines are generally big and bold, but those who like things cranked up to eleven should look no further than Manfred's "extended barrel ageing" program.
