Seresin Raupo Creek Pinot Noir 2013 exhibits aromas of dark cherry, plum, and subtle spice, complemented by earthy undertones including damp forest floor and forest herbs. The wine is medium-bodied, with a confident structure provided by fine-grained tannins. Its palate reflects a balance of fruit and savoury elements, leading to a lengthy, nuanced finish. Seresin Estate, founded by filmmaker Michael Seresin in Marlborough, New Zealand, is known for its organic and sustainable farming practices, contributing to the distinct terroir expression in its wines.

Vinous
The 2013 Raupo Creek Pinot Noir is a little muted on the nose and demands encouragement, almost reluctantly offering raspberry, cranberry and light undergrowth aromas. The medium-bodied palate opens with soy-tinged red fruit and displays grainy tannin. Quite grippy in the mouth, but missing some flesh towards the finish.Neal Martin1st November 2018
