`Domaine Théo Dancer Roc Breïa Pinot Noir 2022 is a full-bodied red wine from the Mâconnais region of Burgundy. After learning his trade at his father, Vincent`s highly regarded Chassagne-Montrachet domaine, Théo Dancer is now blazing his own trail at Roc Breïa, an ambitious new estate making terroir-driven wines in Mâcon-Bray. Using top-quality Mâconnais fruit, Théo crafts just two Roc Breïa wines, which he vinifies at Domaine Dancer’s cellars in Chassagne. They are fermented with natural yeasts in used 500-litre barrels, without batonnage, and bottled without fining or filtration.
