Radikon Ribolla Gialla 2010 is an expression of the indigenous Ribolla Gialla grape, cultivated in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy. The estate, celebrated for its natural winemaking since the 1990s, is now managed by Saša Radikon, the original founder`s son. This wine undergoes an extensive maceration of 2-4 months in oak vats, followed by a long maturation in large casks, all without added sulphites. The 2010 vintage displays a deep amber hue, with aromas of citrus, herbs, and evolving notes of dried fruit. Its palate is textural and tannic, reflecting the complexity that skin contact imparts.
