Résonance Découverte Vineyard Pinot Noir 2017 showcases fruit sourced exclusively from the Résonance estate’s own vineyards in the Dundee Hills of Oregon. Grapes are meticulously handpicked and undergo rigorous sorting to ensure quality. This wine is marked by a red-fruit profile, typical of the volcanic Jory soils that foster its growth. Fermentation and maceration occur in small lots, allowing for an expression of the vineyard’s distinctive character. Résonance was established by the renowned Burgundy estate, Louis Jadot, bridging Old World expertise with New World terroir.

Vinous
Bright-rimmed ruby. Highly perfumed, mineral-tinged red berry, cherry cola and incense aromas are complemented by emerging floral and spice nuances. Chewy and concentrated on the palate, offering intense raspberry preserve, bitter cherry, spicecake and rose pastille flavors and a touch of vanilla on the back half. Finishes taut, spicy and impressively long, displaying sharp clarity and sneaky tannins that lend gentle grip. 30% new French oak.
