This is a rare Sherry from Bodegas José Pemartin bottled by Berisford from a solera thought to have been established in 1914. Manzanilla is essentially the same as a Fino sherry (i.e aged biologically under a layer of flor) but has been produced and matured in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Pasada wines tend to be a little richer and structured as they have generally been aged a little longer.
