The Château Poujeaux 1990 is a fully mature, classic Cru Bourgeois Supérieur from Moulis-en-Médoc, predominantly a Cabernet Sauvignon blend. The 1990 vintage was a hot, ripe year that produced generous, plush wines across Bordeaux that have aged gracefully. This expression displays a complex tertiary bouquet of forest floor, cigar box, leather and sweet dried berries, with a palate that is fully resolved and soft, showing a harmonious texture, gentle tannins and a persistent, earthy flavour profile.
