Domaine La Soufrandière is an esteemed wine producer known for its commitment to biodynamic viticulture. The Domaine is managed by the Bret brothers, Jean-Guillaume and Jean-Philippe, who are the sixth generation of winemakers in their family. Their vineyards are situated in the village of Vinzelles, which is part of the larger Pouilly-Vinzelles appellation in the Mâconnais. The specific vineyard sites include Clos de Grand-Père and Les Quarts, where this release comes from. The 2010 vintage in Burgundy is generally regarded as an excellent year for white wines, known for their balance, freshness, and purity of fruit.
