42% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon and 21% Cabernet Franc. The 2010 displays beautiful red and black fruit character, together with notes of dried herbs and meaty, peppered complexity. Lovely structure from supple tannins and fresh acidity.
87 Robert Parker
Deep garnet colored, the 2010 Potensac features notes of baked red and black cherries, mulberries and leather with wafts of dried herbs and charcuterie. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has a chewy texture and tons of freshness giving the red and black fruit a boost on the finish.

Vinous
The 2010 Potensac has an attractive nose of brambly red fruit mixed with cedar and light tobacco aromas. The palate has a soft entry with sweet red cherries and wild strawberry, although strangely this bottle seems to lack backbone and grip towards the finish. Perplexing showing. Tasted blind at Farr Vintners 10-Year On Bordeaux horizontal. Neal Martin1st April 2020
