Pinot Noir Champ Long, Domaine la Grapp`A 2023 is a single-vineyard red wine from the village of Entrechaux, in the Rhône Valley. Sourced from a 0.17-hectare plot, this Pinot Noir presents a direct expression of its Triassic red marls and dolomites terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed before a five-week fermentation in wooden tronconic vats. The wine is then aged in stainless steel for eight months, contributing to its purity. Domaine la Grapp’A, founded in 2021 by Aurelie Parla and Julien Maublanc, benefits from Julien`s family heritage of vineyard management, emphasising a commitment to organic and biodynamic practices. Production is limited to 1,400 bottles.
