Petit & Bajan are a récoltant-manipulant producing exceptional wines exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Cramant, Oger and Verzenay. Brut Rosé Nymphea is a blend of 90% Chardonnay with 10% Pinot Noir added as a dry red wine. The wine is beautifully refined and has inviting aromas of summer fruits, blood orange and spices.

Disgorged in June 2020, the new release of the NV Brut Rosé Grand Cru Nymphea is showing well, bursting with aromas of pear, mandarin, bee pollen and red berries. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and charming, with lively acids and a giving core of fruit, it`s succulent and demonstrative, showing well today.

90% Chardonnay from Côte de Blancs, 10% Pinot Noir from Verzenay. Tirage 23 February 2012, Disgorgement 6 May 2015. Dosage 4 g/l. RM.Wild-salmon pink. Sweet strawberry aromas and just packed with juicy, ripe, red-berry fruit. So zesty fresh! This is summer pudding in a glass! There`s a fine skein of green leafiness with a very delicate, subtle flavour of Thai basil and spearmint. Beautifully dry, despite all that fruit, but not remotely lean, thanks to all that fruit. I would absolutely love to see this with a seared tuna tataki salad, but it would also be a brilliant companion to smoked duck or game bird salads (perhaps with pomegranate/balsamic dressing) or to anything with a bit of fresh chilli. It has the substance to match punchy fresh flavours. (TC)
