PerUS Lyla 2019 is a full-bodied Bordeaux blend from the Napa Valley of California. PerUs is an exciting new Napa project founded by New Delhi-born businessman Anmol Bhandari. Bhandari`s dream of creating a world-class Napa Cabernet became a reality when he teamed up with the highly respected Napa winemaker Russell Bevan. The first vintage was released in 2013 and the total production was limited to just 30 cases. Output has grown hugely since then and the wines now stand shoulder to shoulder with some of Napa`s greatest reds. "The 2019 Lyla Proprietary Red has a gorgeous nose of pure cassis and black cherry fruits supported by complex floral and spicy nuances. With one hell of a mid-palate, ripe, supple tannins, and a full-bodied, mouth-filling style that just begs to be drunk, it’s good to go any time over the coming 10-15 years as well."
