The Foradori 2022 Teroldego Morei (with 2,400 bottles closed with red wax capsules) sees fruit from a site with alluvial soils and lots of stones. This organic and biodynamic red is fermented in tinajas (amphorae) on the skins for eight months and aged in tinajas for 12 months without the skins. It offers a bright and punchy profile with wild cherry, tart plum and butter rose. The loose quality of the soils adds to the fragrant and delicate personality of this mid-weight wine.
