Duty Charges

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Michter’s Toasted Barrel Finish Sour Mash #L25H2803 is a limited 2025 release of American whiskey from Kentucky. This batch was first matured in charred new American oak barrels before being transferred to a second, custom-toasted barrel for a final finishing period. The toasted wood imparts a profile of honey, burnt sugar and smoky vanilla notes without the aggressive spice of a heavy char. The palate is rich and creamy, reflecting the unique grain proportions of the sour mash bill which bridges the gap between bourbon and rye.

Michter's takes great care in the production of their whiskies, sourcing only the finest grains and utilizing traditional methods to create their distinct character. Each batch is small and handcrafted, ensuring the highest quality possible. The distillery also employs a unique heat-cycling process during the aging of their barrels, which they believe creates a more complex and flavourful whiskey.

One of Michter's most popular offerings is their US*1 Bourbon, which is made from a carefully selected blend of corn, rye, and barley. The bourbon is aged for several years in charred oak barrels, resulting in a smooth and complex flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice. Michter's also produces a range of rye whiskeys, including their US*1 Single Barrel Rye, which is made from a mash bill of 100% rye and aged in fire-charred, new American oak barrels.
