Duty Charges

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

This 10-year-old release represents the distillery’s dedication to producing rye with significant aromatic volume and structural integrity. The nose is complex and spicy, offering notes of black pepper, clove, orange zest and toasted rye bread. On the palate, the whiskey is medium to full-bodied with a velvety texture that tempers the natural spice of the grain. Michter's takes great care in the production of their whiskies, sourcing only the finest grains and utilizing traditional methods to create their distinct character. Each batch is small and handcrafted, ensuring the highest quality possible. The distillery also employs a unique heat-cycling process during the aging of their barrels, which they believe creates a more complex and flavourful whiskey.

One of Michter's most popular offerings is their US*1 Bourbon, which is made from a carefully selected blend of corn, rye, and barley. The bourbon is aged for several years in charred oak barrels, resulting in a smooth and complex flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice.
