With over a decade of experience handling and storing fine wines and spirits, our facility maintains strict temperature and humidity controls to ensure your collection is preserved at its best.

Competitive storage rates: £15 per 12-bottle case per year, £7.50 per 6-bottle case per year, equivalent to £1.25 per standard bottle. Alternative formats will be charged accordingly.

Quick and efficient delivery: Wines can be cleared and delivered within the UK in 3-4 working days.
Quarterly invoicing for storage fees to keep the process simple and transparent.

Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Michter’s 10 Year Old Bourbon Barrel #L25B0 is a limited-release, single-barrel bourbon from the Michter’s Distillery in Kentucky. Matured for at least 10 years, this bourbon is selected from the estate’s finest barrels to showcase a profile of significant depth and complexity. The nose is rich and expressive, featuring notes of dark caramel, toasted oak, maple syrup and a hint of dried fruit. On the palate, the whiskey is full-bodied and silky, displaying a balanced interplay between sweet vanilla and charred wood spice.

Michter's is a distinguished American whiskey brand with a rich history that dates back to the 1700s. Originally founded in Pennsylvania, the brand has since moved to Louisville, Kentucky, where it continues to produce some of the world's most sought-after bourbons, ryes, and American whiskeys.

Michter's takes great care in the production of their whiskies, sourcing only the finest grains and utilizing traditional methods to create their distinct character. Each batch is small and handcrafted, ensuring the highest quality possible. The distillery also employs a unique heat-cycling process during the aging of their barrels, which they believe creates a more complex and flavourful whiskey.

One of Michter's most popular offerings is their US*1 Bourbon, which is made from a carefully selected blend of corn, rye, and barley. The bourbon is aged for several years in charred oak barrels, resulting in a smooth and complex flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice. Michter's also produces a range of rye whiskeys, including their US*1 Single Barrel Rye, which is made from a mash bill of 100% rye and aged in fire-charred, new American oak barrels. The resulting whiskey is spicy and bold, with notes of pepper, cinnamon, and dried fruit.
