Laurent Perrier Vintage 2015 is a vintage Champagne produced by Laurent Perrier in Tours-sur-Marne, France. Available here in magnum format. From the outstanding 2015 Champagne vintage, this is a 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with the Chardonnay sourced from the Côte des Blancs (Chouilly, Oger, Cramant, Oiry) and the Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims (Tours-sur-Marne, Aÿ, Tauxières, Verzenay, Ambonnay). Creamy, elegant and complex with notes of candied lemon,
honeysuckle, buttered toast and beeswax.

The 2015 Brut Millésimé, a blend of half Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and half Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, spent at least seven years on lees. Supple smokiness and a sense of rye bread with distant plum create a subtle nose. The palate continues with that lovely smokiness, wrapping it around aromatic plum and taut lemon, which are delicious counter poles in this elegant wine. The bubbles are a little frothy, but it acquits itself well for a 2015 vintage with all its freshness. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. (Lot LP33UK01624E) - Anne Krebiehl MW

Disgorged in September 2024 with a dosage of eight grams per liter, Laurent-Perrier’s 2015 Brut Millésimé—an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir—unfolds with aromas of white peach, lemon zest, jasmine and pear, with a subtle hint of passion fruit. The palate is medium-bodied, taut and pillowy, though it lacks a little flesh, displaying a chalky character and vivid acidity before tapering off into a saline, mouthwatering finish. - Kristaps Karklins

Elegant Blanc and Rosé
The Laurent-Perrier portfolio is built around three distinct expressions of its unique savoir-faire. The first is the art of assemblage of reserve wines, exemplified by Grand Siècle - a prestige cuvée crafted from three exceptional years to recreate the perfect year. The second is the mastery of maceration, an innovative winemaking technique that led to the creation of Cuvée Rosé in 1968. Finally, the House pioneered the non-dosage (zero dosage) style with the launch of Ultra Brut in 1981, a visionary approach that continues today with Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature.
