Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

The Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master`s Select (2018 Release) is a premium blended whisky crafted by Suntory, showcasing the elegance and artistry synonymous with Japanese whisky. This expression is known for its use of rare mizunara oak casks, which impart distinct notes of sandalwood and incense, setting it apart from the core Hibiki Harmony release. The whisky presents a vibrant amber hue, and on the nose, it reveals a harmonious blend of floral notes, dried apricot, candied orange peel, and subtle hints of white chocolate. Light incense and delicate oak aromas provide depth and complexity, reflecting the influence of the mizunara oak.

On the palate, it delivers a smooth, velvety mouthfeel with flavours of ripe peach, plum, and honey, accented by sweet spices like cinnamon and clove. A soft creaminess evolves into floral notes of rose and jasmine, with a gentle zing of citrus zest and white pepper adding brightness.
