Hills of Roses is 100% Shiraz produced from newer vines of the Hill of Grace vineyard planted in 1989. It exudes huge black berry fruit aromas, with complex savoury notes of allspice, clove, sage and woodsmoke. It is perhaps not as rich or dense as the Hill of Grace but as a shorter-term drinking proposition it is absolutely brilliant.
