Hakushu 15 Year Old Pure Malt is a Japanese whisky produced by Suntory. This expression reflects the distillery`s unique terroir, featuring pure, natural water sourced from the Southern Japanese Alps. The whisky presents an aroma of peppermint, honeydew melon and cucumber, followed by a palate that includes yuzu, grapefruit and subtle notes of lemon thyme. The finish offers a gentle smoke intertwining with herbal undertones. This whisky is now discontinued, making it a sought-after item for collectors and connoisseurs alike.
