Distilled in 1992, Hakushu 15 Year Old Owner`s Cask 2I40067 represents a singular expression from Japan`s acclaimed Hakushu Distillery, situated in the mountainous Yamanashi region. Bottled in 2008 at a cask strength of 58%, this whisky derives from a single hogshead, offering a concentrated view into the distillery`s fresh, herbal character. The maturation process imparts nuances of pine needles, zesty citrus fruits, and a subtle layer of earthy smoke, all distinctive traits of Hakushu’s Mountain Malt style.
