Château Gazin 2010 is a Right Bank Bordeaux wine from the Pomerol appellartion, crafted predominantly from Merlot. This vintage displays an intricate tapestry of dark fruits, including black cherry and plum, complemented by earthy undertones. Subtle hints of mocha and spice emerge on the palate, revealing a structured body with refined tannins. The finish is persistent, showcasing the wine`s complexity. Best enjoyed after several years of cellaring.

The 2010 Gazin has a delightful bouquet with more red than black fruit (raspberry, cranberry and a touch of red cherry) - a joyful and perhaps less “serious” nose, but one with detail and class. The palate is medium-bodied with fine grain tannins. This feels very lithe with an almost perfect bead of acidity. Harmonious and extremely long, this is a brilliant Pomerol from Nicolas de Bailliencourt and it will age with supreme class. Outstanding. Tasted at the BI Wines & Spirits 10-Year On tasting. - Neil Martin - The 2010 Gazin has a delightful bouquet with more red than black fruit (raspberry, cranberry and a touch of red cherry) - a joyful and perhaps less “serious” nose, but one with detail and class.
