Frog`s Leap Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 presents a distinctive expression of the classic Cabernet varietal, sourced from the Napa Valley. This wine embodies the region`s terroir, showcasing notes of blackcurrant and a subtle earthiness, framed by structured tannins. Aged in oak, it offers hints of cedar and spice without overwhelming the palate. Frog`s Leap Winery, established in 1988, is known for its commitment to organic farming and sustainability, reflecting their dedication to producing wines that connect with the land.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Grown is classically styled stuff, done well and priced realistically. Mixed red and black cherries join subtle shadings of sage and vanilla on the nose, while the medium-bodied palate is streamlined but not overly lean, with gentle padding around the core of acidity that forms the wine`s spine. Softly tannic and long on the finish, it may be consumed young or aged up to a decade. - Joe Czerwinski
