Eben Sadie Palladius 2012 is a white blend from the Swartland region of South Africa. Eben Sadie is an iconic and highly revered winemaker, celebrated for his pioneering work with old vines. The 2012 vintage on the Western Cape produced wines with great concentration and structure. This bottling is a complex blend of up to 10 different varieties, predominantly Chenin Blanc and Grenache Blanc, sourced from old-vine parcels across the Swartland. It presents a bouquet of lanolin, dried apricots and fynbos, with a subtle note of salinity. The palate is full-bodied and textured, with a firm, mineral-driven acidity and a savoury, long finish.
