Diamond Creek Red Rock Terrace 1993 is a Cabernet Sauvignon from a pioneering Californian producer, founded in 1968. This wine is sourced from a specific 7-acre plot within the Diamond Creek winery, known for its warm microclimate and iron-rich red clay soil. The vineyard`s orientation and composition contribute to a profile that is approachable at a relatively young age. The 1993 vintage displays flavours of cherry, blackcurrant and a hint of mint, alongside medium dark ruby hues. Diamond Creek holds an important place in wine history as it was the first estate to focus solely on Cabernet Sauvignon in California.
