A very rare expression of 30-year-old Dalmore, distilled in 1966 and bottled in 1996 by The Bottlers of Leith. Formed in 1993 The Bottlers – a sister company of Raeburn Fine Wines – is an Edinburgh-based whisky bottler, supplying only cask-strength, non-chill-filtered, single malt Scotch whiskies. All releases are bottled in French cognac bottles and carry the Bottlers` own labels.

Dalmore

The Archetypal Highland Malt

Founded in 1839 by Alexander Matheson, Dalmore is one of the Highland's most recognisable distilleries. Overlooking the Cromarty Firth, the distillery houses four pairs of stills and produces just over four millions litres of spirit a year. Almost as famous as the distillery itself is Richard Paterson, master blender for many decades, Richard has done much to popularise the Dalmore brand and Scottish whisky more broadly.

Dalmore 12, 15 and 18 year old are all firm favourites with whisky lovers, while their run of single vintage whiskies bottled as part of the "Constellation Collection" series have kept collectors happy. The Cigar Malt and King Alexander III are excellent non-age-statement additions to the core range while the limited annual release of Dalmore 21 year old usually sells as in a heart beat.
