Domaine Patrick Javillier Corton-Charlemagne 2010 is a Burgundy white wine from the Grand Cru of Corton-Charlemagne on the hill of Corton in the Côte de Beaune. Since establishing his domaine in the 1990s, Patrick Javillier has emerged as one of the finest winemakers in Meursault. Typically his Chardonnays wines are racked from barrel after a year to steel tank, where they are matured further on fine lees. The Corton-Charlemagne is the exception, spending a second winter in one-year-old oak barrels.

Vinous
- Bright pale-yellow. Very closed nose hints at minerals and spices. Rich, dense and sappy, with almost surprising sucrosite to the flavors of orange zest and stone. Very precise Corton-Charlemagne with a tangy, slightly tannic back end. Forget about this one for at least five or six years.
