Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Over the last 30 years, Domaine Dujac has built a fine reputation for making wines of exceptional quality. Located in Morey-St-Denis and covering 11 appellations, including the Grand Crus of Bonnes Mares and Charmes Chambertin, parcels are small and selections precise. This 1990 Clos St Denis has an intense nose, with notes of rhubarb, sour cherries, violets and tan spices. On the palate, the wine is ripe, with fully integrated tannins, crisp acidity and excellent length.

The 1990 Clos Saint-Denis Grand Cru did not quite match the stellar performance of the bottle at Tour d’Argent, although it came close. It certainly equaled that previous bottle on the nose, which is simply gorgeous, offering very pure red berry fruit that recalls Armand Rousseau in terms of ethereal purity and precision, and hints of orange blossom and bay leaf. There is something almost haunting about this bouquet that leaves you riveted to the spot. The palate… Well, the palate doesn’t quite “seal the deal” like the previous bottle. Why? Just because the warmth of the growing season seems to shape this bottle a little more, leaving it rounded and sensual, fleshy and almost corpulent on the savory finish, with Earl Grey on the aftertaste. It is still an utterly gorgeous Clos Saint-Denis, but from my own experience, there are superior bottles out there. Tasted at the Clos Saint-Denis vertical at Hide restaurant. A Focus on Terroir

Founded in the late 1960s by Jacques Seysses, who purchased and renovated Domaine Graillet in Morey-St-Denis. The estate is currently run by Jacques' sons Jeremy and Alec, who farm around 17 hectares of vines across the Côte including holdings in Echezeaux, Clos de la Roche, Charmes-Chambertin and Bonnes Mares.

A natural approach is taken in the vineyard and cellar with the estate moving from organic farming to fully biodynamic in the mid 2000s, receiving their certification in 2011. The team's focus is on elegance - temperatures are controlled to keep alcohol in check and also limit malolactic fermentation while juice from the crush is fed into the cellar by gravity only without the use of pumping. The wines of Domaine Dujac represent pure, balanced expressions of their respective terroirs.
