Competitive storage rates: £15 per 12-bottle case per year, £7.50 per 6-bottle case per year, equivalent to £1.25 per standard bottle. Alternative formats will be charged accordingly.

Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

First established in 1968 by Jacques Seysses, Domaine Dujac is a highly regarded Burgundy producer based in Morey-Saint-Denis. The estate has gained a reputation for producing world class wines from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, ranging from entry-level Bourgogne to complex, age-worthy Grand Cru, such as this ‘Clos de la Roche’. The 1995 vintage is a showing a fully mature character right now, with notes of truffle, forest floor, baking spices and thyme, all embedded in a velvety texture.

Three 1995s from Dujac all paired beautifully with our steamed bass (Bar de Ligne). The 1995 Clos Saint Denis was the most delicate and forward of the group. Dried cherries, flowers and spices all suggested the wine was close or perhaps slightly past peak. The 1995 Bonnes Mares was decidedly masculine, with awesome power and richness in its explosive fruit. The sheer depth and power of this long-lived Burgundy were remarkable. The estate’s 1995 Clos de la Roche was initially rather carnal and earthy, but then it turned more delicate and layered in the glass. Stylistically it fell somewhere between the Clos St. Denis and the Bonnes-Mares.Antonio Galloni1st March 2010

A Focus on Terroir

Founded in the late 1960s by Jacques Seysses, who purchased and renovated Domaine Graillet in Morey-St-Denis. The estate is currently run by Jacques' sons Jeremy and Alec, who farm around 17 hectares of vines across the Côte including holdings in Echezeaux, Clos de la Roche, Charmes-Chambertin and Bonnes Mares.

A natural approach is taken in the vineyard and cellar with the estate moving from organic farming to fully biodynamic in the mid 2000s, receiving their certification in 2011. The team's focus is on elegance - temperatures are controlled to keep alcohol in check and also limit malolactic fermentation while juice from the crush is fed into the cellar by gravity only without the use of pumping. The wines of Domaine Dujac represent pure, balanced expressions of their respective terroirs.
