Chateau Musar Blanc 1967 is a mature white wine from the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon. Established by Gaston Hochar in 1930. Chateau Musar is without doubt Lebanon`s top wine estate. Seven years in the making, Chateau Musar White is a blend of ancient grape varieties Obaideh and Merwah. These grape varieties are indigenous to the mountains of Lebanon and are said to be related to Chasselas Chardonnay and Semillon. This wine is barrel-fermented and matured in French oak barriques for nine months. It is then stored in bottle at the winery and released six to seven years after the harvest.
