Chateau Musar Blanc 1966 is a barrel-aged white from the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon. This wine is produced from indigenous grape varieties Obaideh and Merwah. The Obaideh grapes thrive in stony, chalky soils at high altitudes, while Merwah flourishes on calcareous gravels. This wine undergoes fermentation in French oak barriques for nine months before being bottled and blended after the first year. Chateau Musar is renowned for its commitment to traditional winemaking practices and long-aged wines, with some library bottles dating back to 1954.
