Domaine Michel Colin-Deleger Chassagne-Montrachet Morgeot 1999 is a fully mature white Burgundy from the Morgeot 1er Cru climat in the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Vintage 1999 was a "banner year" (Jasper Morris) for Burgundy, producing ripe, yet balanced and long-aged wines both red or white. "Honeyed on the nose. Sweet and intensely flavoured, with perfectly integrated, ripe acidity giving the wine a pleasing balance. Finishes long and sweet but not at all heavy. A very good Morgeot." Stephen Tanzer, 2001
