Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Domaine Dujac’s 2010 Charmes-Chambertin is a Grand Cru Pinot Noir from a cool, classic vintage. It opens with aromas of red cherry, cranberry and dried herbs, layered with hints of forest floor and subtle spice. The palate is finely textured with vibrant acidity and polished tannins supporting concentrated flavours of ripe red fruit, leather and underbrush. Mineral notes add complexity while the finish is persistent and precise, reflecting both the vintage’s freshness and the vineyard’s distinctive elegance. The wine demonstrates measured power combined with finesse typical of Dujac’s approach.

The 2010 Charmes-Chambertin comes across as big and powerful. Presently the Charmes is mostly about structure and intense minerality, both of which bode well for the future. Cassis, blackberries, spices and slate are woven together on the cool, piercing finish. This is a wine for the darkest part of the cellar. Dujac’s Charmes is two-thirds true Charmes and one-third Mazoyeres. Anticipated maturity. 2020-2040. Dujac fans will be thrilled with these 2010s. They are off the charts. The most difficult thing will no doubt be finding them. Jeremy Seysses reported yields down by 30-50% across the board, although his Morey blanc was down a whopping 90%. The poor flowering and wet summer resulted in loose bunches with a high amount of shot berries. The wines came in at 12 to 12.5% potential alcohol and were lightly chaptalized. Seysses used 80-90% stems for most of the wines, a little less for some, such as the Charmes and Combettes and more for the Chambertin and RSV . Unfortunately, the 2010 Morey 1er Cru was too reduced to evaluate, so I will have to wait for another opportunity to taste the wine. I also tasted the entire range of 2009s. Good full red. Exotic marachino cherry and fruit syrup on the nose. Concentrated, vibrant flavors of cherry, cola, spices and vanillin oak. Juicy, energetic, dense wine with more intensity than the 2011 version. Finishes tactile and very long.Stephen Tanzer1st March 2013

Domaine Dujac

A Focus on Terroir

Founded in the late 1960s by Jacques Seysses, who purchased and renovated Domaine Graillet in Morey-St-Denis. The estate is currently run by Jacques' sons Jeremy and Alec, who farm around 17 hectares of vines across the Côte including holdings in Echezeaux, Clos de la Roche, Charmes-Chambertin and Bonnes Mares.

A natural approach is taken in the vineyard and cellar with the estate moving from organic farming to fully biodynamic in the mid 2000s, receiving their certification in 2011. The team's focus is on elegance - temperatures are controlled to keep alcohol in check and also limit malolactic fermentation while juice from the crush is fed into the cellar by gravity only without the use of pumping. The wines of Domaine Dujac represent pure, balanced expressions of their respective terroirs.
