Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

The 2015 Chambertin from Domaine Dujac is a Pinot Noir is a rare example of a much sought-after Grand Cru. This wine presents clear minerality alongside well-structured ripe tannins and balanced acidity. Its finish is long and precise. Domaine Dujac, established by Jacques Seysses in 1968, manages 0.29 hectares within the Chambertin Grand Cru, including part of Chambertin-Clos de Bèze, resulting in a blend that reflects the characteristics of these esteemed vineyards in Gevrey-Chambertin.

The 2015 Chambertin Grand Cru was showing just a touch of reduction on the nose, although underneath are very powerful, mainly black fruit, undergrowth and graphite-like scents. There is immense, quite beguiling precision on display here. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe tannin with blood orange infusing the black and blue fruit, saline in the mouth with touches of brown spice on the long and persistent finish. It is a confident, forthright and rather aristocratic Chambertin...which is exactly how it should be. - Neal Martin

(two of the three barrels were new; not yet racked): Very ripe but reticent aromas of black raspberry, licorice and musky soil tones, with an element of chocolatey oak emerging with air. A black hole of a wine on the palate: superconcentrated, dense, sappy and powerful. And yet this tightly wound Chambertin boasts remarkably noble tannins. The longest of these 2015s and among the most promising wines of the vintage.

A Focus on Terroir

Founded in the late 1960s by Jacques Seysses, who purchased and renovated Domaine Graillet in Morey-St-Denis. The estate is currently run by Jacques' sons Jeremy and Alec, who farm around 17 hectares of vines across the Côte including holdings in Echezeaux, Clos de la Roche, Charmes-Chambertin and Bonnes Mares.

A natural approach is taken in the vineyard and cellar with the estate moving from organic farming to fully biodynamic in the mid 2000s, receiving their certification in 2011. The team's focus is on elegance - temperatures are controlled to keep alcohol in check and also limit malolactic fermentation while juice from the crush is fed into the cellar by gravity only without the use of pumping. The wines of Domaine Dujac represent pure, balanced expressions of their respective terroirs.
