Raveneau Chablis Les Clos 2021 is a full-bodied Chardonnay white wine from the Grand Cru climat of Les Clos in the Chablis appellation of northern Burgundy. Domaine Raveneau is one of the leading producers in Chablis, whose wines are increasingly sought-after every year. The estate comprises eight hectares of land spread across three Grand Cru and six Premier Cru sites. This is the domaine`s Les Clos – typically one of the richest and most full-bodied Grands Crus. "The 2021 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has a powerful, almost dramatic bouquet with hints of peppermint and liquorice complementing the citrus fruit. Layers of Japanese yuzu and blood orange burst from the glass. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, very saline, quite intense with blood orange, apricot, hints of grilled hazelnut and flint. Very complex and involving - I find my sample difficult to spit out." Vinous, 2022
