With over a decade of experience handling and storing fine wines and spirits, the facility maintains strict temperature and humidity controls to ensure your collection is preserved in optimal conditions.

Competitive storage rates: £15 per 12-bottle case per year, £7.50 per 6-bottle case per year, equivalent to £1.25 per standard bottle. Alternative formats will be charged accordingly.

Quick and efficient delivery: Wines can be cleared and delivered within the UK in 3-4 working days.
Quarterly invoicing for storage fees to keep the process simple and transparent.

Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Quarterly Billing: Clients are invoiced quarterly based on the wines stored in the preceding quarter.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How Our Storage Service Works

Purchase en primeur, under-bond or duty-paid wines from Hedonism Wines.
Enjoy twelve months of complimentary storage when you open a storage account with us.
After twelve months, storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with charges invoiced quarterly.
When you’re ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery – most orders are fulfilled within 3–4 working days. For wines held under bond, the relevant duty and VAT will be payable before delivery.

With Hedonism Wines’ storage service, both under-bond and duty-paid wines can be stored securely until you are ready to have them delivered. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our storage service, please contact our team.

Cayuse Bionic Frog 2020 is a full-bodied, single-vineyard Syrah red wine from Washington State, USA. Produced since 2000 and boasting a steady stream of 100-point scores since inception, Cayuse Bionic Frog has become one of the US West Coast`s most sought-after reds. Made from biodynamically farmed Syrah fruit from the Coccinelle Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley, Washington State, this limited-production wine is renowned for its silky texture, depth and meaty, black-fruited complexity. "Dark-fruited, bold and juicy aromas waft from the glass of the 2020 Syrah Bionic Frog with hints of black raspberries, soy, olive and crème de violette. The nose is fresh, floral and packed with notions of roasted herbs and succulent spiced cherries. Medium to full-bodied, the wine is balanced on the palate with savoury flavours, an umami essence and a lingering, firm tannic edge that will remain food friendly for over a decade. Darkly alluring and savory, the 2020 Syrah Bionic Frog smolders up from the glass with a burst of wild herbs, tomato leaf, dark earth and black currants. Supremely silky, this soothes with its ripe fruits and sweet inner florals, yet there`s a savory, nearly sultry core. Lavender nuances resonate throughout. Cayuse was founded in the late 1990s when Frenchman Chirstophe Baron established new plantings in the Pacific Northwest, specifically around Walla Walla in Oregon. A true visionary, Baron turned a rocky patch of farmland into some of America's most prized vineyards. Made with passion with a focus on using biodynamic principles, the wines are full, dense, characterful and food friendly.

The wines are only available directly from the winery via a mailing list that reached capacity many years ago. Quirkiness is part of Cayuse's identity - which is characterised by a combination of striking labels and bizarre wine names - another glass of Bionic Frog Syrah anyone?
