With over a decade of experience handling and storing fine wines and spirits, our facility maintains strict temperature and humidity controls to ensure your collection is preserved at its best.

Competitive storage rates: £15 per 12-bottle case per year, £7.50 per 6-bottle case per year, equivalent to £1.25 per standard bottle. Alternative formats will be charged accordingly.

Quick and efficient delivery: Wines can be cleared and delivered within the UK in 3-4 working days.
Quarterly invoicing for storage fees to keep the process simple and transparent.

Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Based in the Walla Walla Valley in Washington state, Cayuse produce exceptionally high-quality, limited-production wines of great individuality. This limited release Syrah boasts notes of concentrated blackcurrant, smoked meat and wonderful soy character. A stellar vintage that scored very highly amongst the critics, showcasing beautiful purity of dark fruit on a silky palate with wonderfully ripe tannins.

Bright red-ruby. Urgent, very pure aromas of pungent dark cherry, black olive and chicory lifted by a floral topnote. Wonderfully silky and velvety in the mouth, but also with terrific definition to its alluring flavors of framboise, dried herbs, briny olive and dried Indian spices. This round, utterly seamless, mouthfilling Syrah finishes with ripe, noble tannins, staining the palate with late notes of minerals, black olive and blood sausage. It will need a while to absorb some of its baby fat and may well go through a closed stage in bottle at some point. Biodynamic Wines from Walla Walla

Cayuse was founded in the late 1990s when Frenchman Chirstophe Baron established new plantings in the Pacific Northwest, specifically around Walla Walla in Oregon. A true visionary, Baron turned a rocky patch of farmland into some of America's most prized vineyards. Made with passion with a focus on using biodynamic principles, the wines are full, dense, characterful and food friendly.

The wines are only available directly from the winery via a mailing list that reached capacity many years ago. Quirkiness is part of Cayuse's identity - which is characterised by a combination of striking labels and bizarre wine names - another glass of Bionic Frog Syrah anyone?
