Bruno Paillard Brut Millésime Blanc de Blancs 1999 is a vintage Champagne produced solely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from premier terroirs, notably the Côte des Blancs villages of Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger – both known for their exceptional chalky soils. The wine presents a deep golden hue and a fine, persistent effervescence. Aromas of citrus and almond are prominent, gradually revealing notes of brioche and a subtle hint of anise. On the palate, the wine displays a well-defined structure and a lingering finish, characteristic of its rich 1999 vintage.
