Château Beychevelle 1987 is a mature, medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon-based red wine from the Fourth Growth St Julien property of Château Beychevelle. Always one of the more approachable wines of the appellation, Beychevelle has enjoyed a consistent run of good to excellent vintages in recent years. The 1987 grand vin of the property is delicate and balanced, with evolved tannins and seductive aromas of mature fruit, spices and tertiary notes.
