The 1966 Beychevelle is a superb example of fully mature St-Julien from a classic Bordeaux vintage. It is complex wine with ripe, fruity and cedary bouquet and a soft, velvety flavours. There is good concentration still as well as the sturdy, tannic firmness so typical of the vintage.
