Time has imparted a rich tapestry of flavours and aromas. On the nose, expect an enticing bouquet of candied tropical fruits, led by sweet, syrupy pineapple and vibrant citrus zest. Subtle hints of polished oak, worn leather, and antique mahogany furniture evoke the character of a well-aged sherried dram. The palate is luxuriously rich, with bright notes of lemon posset mingling with dried fruits, honeyed nuts, and the warming presence of Christmas spices. Delicate wisps of smoke appear as a final flourish, adding a layer of complexity that lingers on the finish.
