Armand de Brignac Demi Sec is an ultra-premium champagne produced by the Cattier family. This cuvée is housed in a distinctive purple-tinged metallic bottle and contains a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from three distinct vintages. It has a complex profile with a dosage of approximately 33 grams of sugar per litre, resulting in a rich aromatic nose of English candy, grapefruit, compote and brioche. The palate is powerful with notes of honey, baked brioche and blackberries, while the wine itself rests for six years in the cellars before release. This aging process provides a fine bead and a finish that balances sweetness with bright acidity.

A Celebrated Celebrity Cuvée
Armand de Brignac is a prestige cuvée produced and bottled by the Cattier family, who have been making Champagne since the 1700s. The current head of the house, Jean-Jacques Cattier oversees the miniscule production of four different wines Brut Gold, Rosé, 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs and 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs.
The wines are widely known for their unmistakable packaging and celebratory endorsements, but cynics beware - the wine has won numerous medals and awards over the years and was one christened the "best Champagne in the world" during a blind tastings of over 1,000 different brands.
