Anthonic 2010 is a mature Cabernet Sauvignon-based red wine from the Moulis-en-Médoc appellation on Bordeaux`s Left Bank. It presents a complex bouquet showcasing notes of dark fruit, including blackcurrants and plums, underpinned by subtle oak nuances. The palate is medium-bodied, revealing layers of flavours that include hints of leather and a touch of spice. The wine exhibits a structured profile, with firm tannins and balanced acidity. It displays a finish that lingers, suggesting potential for further development in the bottle. Produced by Château Anthonic, a Cru Bourgeois property with a history dating back to the 18th century.

Vinous
Red-ruby. Tight, pure nose offers cassis, licorice, fresh herbs and minerals. Juicy and firmly built, with good intensity and verve to its dark berry flavors. Finishes fruity and persistent, with firm tannins and lovely balance. Despite containing about 60% merlot, this has the backbone for a decade or more of aging.
