Louis Roederer Brut Nature Rose Philippe Starck 2015

This Brut Nature Rosé was produced as a result of the free-thinking that came out of a meeting between Louis Roederer’s CEO Frédéric Rouzaud, his cellar master Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon and the designer Philippe Starck. The 2015 vintage is composed of a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay and 13% Pinot Meunier, seeing 11% oak and zero dosage. On the nose, a bouquet of citrus, red fruit and spice notes mingle with honeyed, gingerbread nuances. Juicy and concentrated on the palate, concluding on a juicy, smoked, umami finish.
